Review: Khadi Mauri Apricot Face Scrub

So I got this beauty today, as I ran out of the apricot scrub. I used a lot of brands before and thought of checking this out too! Khadi Mauri is an Indian brand and it is available in Amazon!

Skin type:

I have an oily skin, and I’ve been using apricot scrubs for a very long time and did wonders! This product is suitable for all skin types except sensitive skin. It is pretty strong, so I’d not recommend using it on sensitive skin.

Texture:

Of all the brand I have used, this one is full of particles of really good ingredients. It feels a little strong, so I’d recommend don’t go hard on your skin with this. The smell is natural and sweet too! It doesn’t feel chemicallish at all. It is really soothing!

Packaging:

The packaging of this product is pretty simple and clean! There is nothing sparkling about it, it comes in a thin bottle. It is smaller than a water bottle, but I’d say the packaging isn’t travel friendly. However, it is easy to control and pour the quantity you need and it is hygienic.

Ingredients:

Akhrot ( walnut ) shell ( juglan sregia ) 10%, Brahmi ( centella asiatica ) 2%, Shahtut  (white  mulberry ) ( morus alba ) 1%, Apricot oil 1%, Laichandan ( red sandalwood ) ( pterocarpus santalinus ) 1%, kaolin 30%

Dosages:

Apply small quantity of khadi Mauri Apricot Scrub on your face and neck, gently exfoliate and rinse it off. Apply 2-3 times in a week.

How to use:

Take a small amount on your palm and massage it really gently in a circular motion, make sure your face is cleansed. This will take your blackheads out and leave you with a smooth texture. If you have acne, do not go hard on your skin. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and apply a moisturizer. You’re good to go!

Use it 2-3 times in a week.

Price and Quantity:

I feel the product is really affordable, apricot scrubs really come cheap. I got this for 175 INR for 210ml.

My views:

I rate this product 4.5/ 5, the formula, the texture and application is really great. The packaging is a little difficult to deal with as it comes in a bottle and not in a tube. Go for this product if you’re dealing with black heads and pigmentation.

Take care of your skin.

Love.
