Oh the beautiful world of colors! The aroma of a lipstick when you glide it in your lips, the shimmer of the highlights tells a really beautiful story. The child in me giggles a little inside when I think about makeup!

Makeup is a tool you enhance your facial features with! It’s like an art, where your body is the canvas and you get to express yourself through all the lovely shimmers and bold strokes of color! Primer

The most important part of the makeup is primer. It helps in smoothing your skin out, prevents clog pores, gives a cleaner canvas, holds your makeup in a place and gives it a healthy natural glow! Choosing a primer according to your skin type is essential. If you’re a dry skin beauty, always make sure you hydrate your skin well in advance, you can even mix a few drops of moisturizer with your primer. You should choose oil based moisturizer so that your skin looks healthy and glowy all day long!

Now if you’re someone like me whose face shines bright like Rihanna’s Diamonds, gurrl! I’m here to help. Now you must be thinking if you have an oily skin you can skip the moisturizer, NO! Oily skin needs to get moisturized too! Use a moisturizer that is water based, as oil based primers or dewy primers can clog your pores. Make sure you cleanse your face before you wear makeup. Cleansing gets rid of the extra oil from your face. You have to use a matte primer so that your makeup doesn’t melts and looks oily.

If you have a sensitive skin, use water based moisturizers as they do not irritate your skin. Do not forget to hydrate your skin well before you start the application. You can use a primer according to your desired matte or dewy looks! Always check if the product suits your face.
